Description
Made in our Bristol factory, the Block & Slide gives children a simple step up, pause, and slide down sequence, small enough to fit into a corner of any activity area. Unfasten the Velcro and it splits into two separate pieces, so you can run it as a slide or use each half on its own.
Children climb the block, find their footing at the top, and slide back down to start again, building balance, coordination, and general motor skills with every round. It shares the same step and slide mechanic as our Baby/Toddler First Steps and Slide, just scaled slightly larger, and that kind of repeatable, low level challenge holds younger children’s attention without needing much floor space.
At 1000mm by 600mm by 600mm, it is built around high density foam inserts, with an outer cover manufactured from 610gsm PVC sourced in the UK. The material is non toxic and rated fire retardant, meeting British and European safety standards, and internally sewn seams keep it holding its shape through daily use.
Suitable for homes, nurseries, and soft play centres, and works well as a standalone piece or grouped with other items from our activity range.
