Maintenance & Cleaning

When carrying out your routine daily checks ensure all areas are checked for any faults such as stitching coming apart and check all padding or netting is fully fixed with no finger entrapments etc.

Take note of any minor areas of wear and tear and contact us for advice.

The area should be maintained in a clean condition at all times. Only non-hazardous materials should be used such as mild non-abrasive detergents with a soft cloth.

There should be procedures in place for immediate cleaning and disinfecting where urination,

defecation, vomiting or blood spillage could occur.

Note: Milton solution should not be used on URINE as the acid in urine reacts with the hypo chlorite

to release toxic chlorine gas.

Urine should be cleared with a mild detergent and water.

Our guarantee

Our products come with a one-year guarantee against any manufacturing defects. Such defects

could include the stitching coming undone, or a fault with the material itself. However, we do not

guarantee the product if it has been misused, abused or is general wear and tear. If you have any

problems after the guarantee period we can offer you a repair service.

We can offer a maintenance contract however due to our high quality our customers have found that it is best to contact us as and when any wear and tear arises.
